Garnier micellar water review

The cleanser is supposed to remove makeup, cleanse and refresh. Also the directions say to saturate a cotton pad with the micellar water. The Garnier micellar water is a very good and extremely simple way to clean your face. So today I am doing a review on the Pirates of the Caribbean: the Curse of the Black Pearl. By the way this is will definitely have spoilers.
