Cashew Vanilla Granola Recipe
Preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. This is 162 degrees Celsius. In a large bowl, 2 cups of old fashioned oats, 1/2 cup of roughly chopped cashews or almonds, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon of salt. In a smaller bowl, 4 tablespoons of melted coconut oil, 1/2 cup of honey or maple syrup, 2 teaspoons of vanilla. Whisk till combined. I chose honey because I prefer the flavor of it. What to do in Chicago
Things to do: Navy Pier: The navy pier is a beautiful scenic spot for photos of the great lakes. I would suggest coming here at any time during the day unless it’s rainy. Cloud Gate: This one is super touristy. You’ll struggle to get a good photo because it is always crowded there. Sky deck: You can see the entirety of Chicago from here. I would also suggest 360 Chicago. The field museum: This museum was actually sinking slowly before a project in May of 2018 to fix the issues.
