Bigfoot Game Review
Bigfoot Game Review

Bigfoot is a first-person action game with a strong survival horror vibe. It’s the debut title from CyberLight Studio, a small indie developer from Ukraine that got started in 2016. As you might guess from the name, the game centers around the legendary Bigfoot—yep, that mysterious creature said to roam the Rocky Mountains.
What’s the Story Behind the Hunt?
The game kicks off with a group of tourists mysteriously disappearing in a national park back in 2016. While the police chalk it up to an accident, the main character and his friends aren’t buying it. They decide to head out to the park themselves, convinced that something far more sinister—like the infamous Sasquatch—is behind it all.
Gameplay: Survive, Track, Hunt
You play from a first-person perspective and explore a big open world that includes everything from swamps and lakes to eerie caves. Your base of operations is an RV, and you’re equipped with a shotgun, traps, motion sensors, cameras, and night vision goggles—pretty much everything you’d need to track a giant monster in the woods after dark.
Hunting Bigfoot isn’t easy. The game’s AI makes him feel like a real, unpredictable creature, and he’s not just strong—he’s got some supernatural abilities too. So if you try to take him on head-to-head without a plan, you’re probably not going to make it.
Hunt Alone or With Friends
You can hunt solo if you’re brave enough, or team up with up to three friends in co-op mode for a better shot at survival.
Looks That Set the Mood
Bigfoot runs on Unreal Engine 4, so it looks great. The lighting is super atmospheric, and the dense forests and rugged terrain really help set the tone for a spooky, suspenseful experience.
