The New Year | 2018
So 2018 is here. Obviously, people have their new year’s resolution, goals, and plans. I know for 2018 I have my goals and such. I will kind of be explaining what my goals for different areas of my life are.
I have some goals for 2018 when it comes to this blog. I will be trying to post every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. If I post every Monday that will fifty-three posts. Along with Wednesdays and Fridays ending up with fifty-two each. The year I will pre-write all content at least two weeks in advance. I now have my boyfriend, Anthony, to help me. He is excited to do so which helps alleviate a lot of stress on my shoulders.
I have goals for the upcoming semester which is my last. My goal is to achieve all A’s this semester. I hope to get all my required services done by the end of the next semester. The largest amount of live services I have left is twenty-three haircuts.
I hope to find a job in the beginning months at a restaurant as a server, sales associate or an assistant or receptionist at a salon. hopefully getting an apprenticeship in January in order to be able to get my full license and booth rent at the same salon I apprentice at.
In January, I will become organized in my routine. I will be keeping my room organized and clean. I will work towards only keeping stuff that provides use. I will donate, sell or toss items that no longer serve me any use. I will use approximately 30-45 minutes daily tidying so that I only have to do a deep clean once a month.
I know I haven’t really mentioned by pretty new and current romantic relationship. I will, later on, do a more in-depth post about my relationship with Anthony. When I say I, I mean we. I will be working towards having a God-centered relationship with Anthony. I will put in the effort to make this work. I will put in the work to read and study the Bible together. I will pray consistently for him.
I will be building up my relationships with my friends. I will be putting in the effort to build them up. I will be cheering them on through there life goals. I will consistently pray for God to work in their lives. I will be there when it feels like life is continuously kicking them down. I will give them words of encouragement and praise when they’ve worked hard for their achievements.
I will be studying the Bible consistently. I will be working towards immersing myself in God’s work. Choosing to seek and listen to God rather than falling away from Him. I hope to hear what he’s calling me to next. I want to know where else I can serve besides as a cosmetologist.
So, I hope you enjoyed reading about the new year | 2018
