New Years Resolution

It has come time for new years resolutions. I normally don’t do the whole new year resolution hoopla. This year is the difference. I want to drastically change my 2019. This is the year of achieving goals and hitting major milestones!

My goals for this year:

  • Eat Healthier: This isn’t the same as others eat healthily. I am going for foods with the nutrients to make my body feel good. I want to feel good after I eat. I don’t want that annoying after eating slump that we get when we are fueling our bodies with the wrong things.

 

  • Exercise consistently: I want to start exercising at least once a week. If I go more, great! If I only go once a week, I’m at least hitting my goal. I will be putting up a measurement post, this month so that I can be held accountable. I want to encourage all of you guys to post your starting measurements and then post once a month your current measurements and thing you achieved through your workouts. Praise the things you did achieve and move forward.

 

  • Blog consistently: I want to blog more consistently. I want to provide the things on here that would help you guys. I want to bring you guys hair tutorials, makeup tutorials, etc.

 

  •  Learn the Bible: When I say learn the bible, I mean truly learn the bible. I want to learn the time frames, the prophets, the disciples, the apostles, etc. I want to truly know the background information on the bible. The things that church services don’t focus on.
